Restore Purchases
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. If it still doesn’t appear, email us.
Remove Ads not unlocking
Confirm you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. Try Restore Purchases, then fully close and reopen the app.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
